We get this question a lot: “If I’m calling you instead of the service network directly, what exactly are you doing?” Fair question. Here’s the honest version.
What we are
Find My Internet Plan is an independent comparison and activation-assistance service, operated by CLICKORA MARKETING LLC, based in 25 N. River Lane #103, Geneva, IL 60134. We help households see the internet, TV, and home phone options available at their address, compare them side by side, and activate the one they choose.
We’re a separate company from any internet service provider. We don’t own any cables, towers, or equipment, and we don’t provide the service itself. We help with the comparison and the activation step — that’s it.
What this means for you
The process looks like this:
1. You search by ZIP
You enter your ZIP code on the site or call us at (844) 430-0228. We surface the options available at your address and what each one offers.
2. You compare
We walk you through the options — speeds, prices, contract terms, bundle savings. You ask questions. We answer them honestly based on the available information.
3. You pick an option
Once you decide, we help you activate the service you choose. The service network verifies serviceability at your exact address, confirms final pricing, and handles installation and billing from there. You become a customer of the service network, not of us.
Same price as direct
You pay the published price. We do not mark up anything. We do not charge you a fee. The price you see on a quote from us is the same price you’d pay activating directly. (Promotional pricing — first-time-customer deals and special offers — can vary between channels, so it’s always worth comparing both.)
How we earn money
We may receive compensation when eligible services are activated through our assistance network. That’s our business model. The compensation does not come from your pocket — it does not affect the price you pay.
We disclose this transparently here and in our Advertising Disclosure. You should know we may be compensated so you can factor that into how much weight to give our recommendations.
What we do
- Help you compare options available at your address in one conversation.
- Help you activate the option you choose.
- Walk you through bundling internet, TV, and phone for combined savings.
- Help coordinate the installation appointment if a technician visit is required.
- Tell you honestly when an option isn’t a good fit for your needs.
What we don’t do
- We don’t provide internet, TV, or phone service. The service network does that.
- We don’t handle outages, technical issues, or service problems after install. Those go to your service network’s technical support.
- We don’t bill you. Your service network bills you directly.
- We don’t cover every option on the U.S. market. There may be options at your address we can’t help with.
- We’re a separate, independent company. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any internet service provider. If we’re ever unclear about that, please call us out — we’ll fix it.
Why use a comparison service instead of going direct?
The honest answer: it depends on what you value.
Use us if you want to compare options at your address without making three or four separate phone calls. We’ll lay out the options in one conversation. If you want a bundle that combines services, we can help you sort it out with a single call.
Skip us and go direct if you already know exactly which option you want. A network’s own promotions for new customers are sometimes more aggressive than what’s available elsewhere. It’s always reasonable to compare both.
Compliance and oversight
As an independent service, we’re bound by:
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules on advertising, endorsements, and consumer protection.
- Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules where applicable to service marketing.
- State consumer protection laws in every state we operate in.
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related rules on outbound calling and texting.
If you ever feel an interaction with us doesn’t meet these standards, please contact us at contact@findmyinternetplan.com or report it to the relevant authority. We take this seriously.
Talk to a real person
If you have a question we haven’t answered, the fastest way to get an answer is to call. Our team is based in the U.S. and ready to give you straight answers — including answers like “you should probably go directly for this one.”
