3. Plan and pricing information

Plan speeds, features, prices, promotional offers, and other details displayed on the Site are based on information from service networks and is believed to be accurate at the time of publication. However:

  • All information is subject to change without notice by the service network.
  • Final pricing is determined by the service network at the time of activation, after address verification, and may include taxes, fees, equipment charges, and surcharges not displayed on the Site.
  • Promotional rates may have term limits (e.g., introductory pricing for the first 12 or 24 months) after which standard rates apply. Standard rates may not be displayed on the Site.
  • Speeds advertised are typically maximum speeds and actual performance may vary based on equipment, distance from infrastructure, network congestion, and other factors.
  • Availability is determined network-by-network at the address level. An option shown on the Site may not be available at every address in a given ZIP, city, or state.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current, but we cannot guarantee that any specific plan, price, speed, or feature will be available at the time of activation. Always confirm final terms with the service network before signing up.

Find My Internet Plan is not an emergency service. Calling our number ((844) 430-0228) does not provide access to 911 or emergency dispatch. For emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency services number.
