5G fixed wireless access (FWA) uses cellular 5G towers to deliver home internet. A gateway device in your home receives the 5G signal and broadcasts Wi-Fi throughout your home — the same basic concept as a phone hotspot, but purpose-built for whole-home use with much higher performance.
